Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Help Desk Engineer to manage and maintain our high-demand technical support environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and network-related issues
  • Conduct remote technical support and application customization
  • Maintain system performance through monitoring and timely updates

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years in help desk or related role
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
  • Familiar with voice-logging systems and remote support tools
  • Diploma/BE/B.Tech in ECE/CS/IT/EEE
  • Fluency in English and Tamil
  • Willingness to work in shift operations
  • Ability to administer servers and ensure documentation is up to date
  • Capacity to manage inventory of hardware/software assets
  • Competence in recording technical resolutions and providing performance reports
