Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic support associate to join our organization.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional English communication skills, both written and spoken. Proficiency in Google Sheets and Docs, as well as customer support software, is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and effectively to inquiries through various channels.
  • Provide accurate information about courses, policies, and procedures with high professionalism and empathy.
  • Proactively address and resolve student complaints and concerns while focusing on achieving high Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
  • Stay up-to-date with the company's course offerings, updates, and promotions.

Closely collaborate with the product team to address gaps based on student feedback and maintain clear and effective communication with students, colleagues, and other teams.

Efficiently manage workload and prioritize tasks to meet established service level agreements (SLAs) and response times.
