Job Title

Help Desk Associate is a role that requires strong communication skills and the ability to work in a global environment.

  • Responsibilities include providing multilingual customer support, troubleshooting mobile device and connectivity issues, logging and managing service tickets, liaising with telecom providers and internal teams, ensuring adherence to SLAs and KPIs, and acting as a liaison between end-users and technical teams for complex queries.

We are looking for a self-starter with a collaborative mindset and attention to detail who can work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment.

  • Requirements include 2-6 years of experience in international voice process / technical support, excellent communication skills in Portuguese, Spanish, and English, ability to work in a rotational shift environment (including night shifts), strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, and experience with mobile technologies and ticketing tools is a plus.
