Technical Support & Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support & Sales Specialist to join our sales and customer success teams. This role will be responsible for answering technical questions during product demos, assisting new clients with setup, and supporting customers with technical queries.

  • You will work closely with Account Executives to deliver successful product demos and assist customers in understanding how they can achieve their goals.
  • This position requires strong technical knowledge of software applications and the ability to design creative solutions to meet customer needs.
  • You will also be responsible for handling customer support tickets, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions.

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent problem-solving skills, a curious and proactive approach, and good communication skills in English (written and spoken).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Join sales demos with Account Executives to answer customer technical questions.
  • Act as a technical guide, helping customers understand how they can achieve their goals.
  • Support sales by designing creative solutions.
  • Assist with customer support by addressing technical product queries.
  • Explain product features in clear, simple language.
  • Assist with new customer onboarding and technical setup.
  • Handle customer support tickets, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to resolve technical queries.
  • Document FAQs, troubleshooting steps, and simple technical guides.
Requirements:
  • 1–4 years of experience in technical support or software support (SaaS/IT/software background preferred).
  • A problem-solving mindset with the ability to design creative workarounds and practical solutions.
  • Curious and proactive, with the ability to listen well and anticipate customer concerns.
  • Good communication skills in English (written and spoken).
  • Ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Experience with APIs, CRMs, or integrations is a plus.
