Technical Support Specialist

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and organized professional with experience in technical support.
- The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure the smooth operation of our infrastructure by monitoring key server parameters, reporting performance issues, and collaborating with teams to resolve technical errors.
- Monitor CPU, memory, hard disk size, log size, and other vital server parameters on a regular schedule.
- Report details of any performance issues on servers to the appropriate teams if beyond thresholds.
- Monitor scheduled tasks on the system and ensure they have been successfully completed.
- Rerun tasks if there are failures and report technical errors to L2/L3 teams for resolution.
- Monitor emails, Teams channels, and ticketing systems for new items/tickets.
- Update items/tickets with initial responses and gather additional details from business/end users or other teams as required.
- Reproduce issues in testing environments and provide inputs to L2 team members.
- Validate issue fixes in internal testing environments based on customer inputs.
- At least 3 years of experience managing application or infrastructure support at L1 level.
- Technical background in Java and scripting is an added advantage.
Successful candidates will be highly motivated, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work well under pressure.
