Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking an IT Technical Support Specialist to join our team.
This role will involve providing technical assistance to end-users across various applications, requiring strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to learn new applications quickly.
- Provide support for non-clinical systems including HVAC, facilities work order management, key management, risk/feedback reporting, security incident reporting, class tracking, and membership management
- Experience in customer interaction, requirement gathering, and application testing/validation
Requirements:
- 4+ years of IT experience
- Strong understanding of operational workflows
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to learn new applications quickly
- Experience with at least one of the following: Compete, Keystone/SimpleK, MD Staff, Omnigo, RL6/Converge, TMS (Accruent), Trane/TracerEnsemble
- Candidates should possess a solid foundation in IT application support
- Familiarity with multiple software systems is essential
- Able to communicate effectively with users and stakeholders
