Job Title: Technical Customer Support Lead

We are seeking an experienced Technical Customer Support Lead to drive the delivery of high-quality customer experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for process improvement and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical customer support teams in resolving complex issues and enhancing customer satisfaction
  • Analyze data sets to identify trends and develop recommendations for operational enhancements
  • Develop and implement effective customer support strategies and processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across different time zones
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure data security

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in SaaS technical support or similar roles
  • Intermediate understanding of technical systems, APIs, and SQL
  • Experience working with support ticketing systems and reporting configuration
  • Familiarity with customer invoicing, billing, or finance operations in a SaaS environment

Skills:

  • Self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of ownership
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong analytical skills with intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel
