Senior Technical Project Lead

We are looking for an exceptional Senior Technical Project Lead to lead complex technical projects, ensuring successful delivery on time, within scope, and meeting customer requirements.

This role requires strong leadership, project management, and technical skills to manage project teams, define project scope, create timelines, allocate resources, and monitor project progress to meet delivery milestones. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.

  • Extensive experience managing product and software engineering projects
  • Ability to connect with and discover customer needs, translate into requirements, and engage for clarity
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end development and deployment of GenAI/LLM-based solutions, from use case discovery to production rollout, across business functions
  • Establish a strong engineering team grounded in respect, empathy, and exceptional engineering practices such as
    • Partner with principal engineers to deliver best-in-class products and solutions to customers
    • Delight customers through high-quality solutions delivered through strong software engineering principles
    • Breadth of experience covering diverse customer verticals and/or different business areas
    • Ability to stitch complete workflows that enable customers to accelerate their business through demonstration of understanding business needs
    • Strong programming background in languages such as Node JS, Java, Python, React.js, or Angular
    • Experience in cloud architecture and technology
    • In-depth experience with application/front-end stack, middle-layer, backend stack, and data ingestion to dashboards

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 6+ years of relevant experience in project management, with at least 5+ years in a technical or IT-focused environment
  • Led end-to-end development and deployment of GenAI/LLM-based solutions, from use case discovery to production rollout, across business functions
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within scope, and on budget
  • Strong understanding of software development processes, methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall), and tools
  • Experience working with technical teams, system architectures, software engineering, and infrastructure
  • Familiarity with development platforms and technologies such as cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), databases, and APIs
  • Ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to make decisions based on data and insights and drive issues to resolution
  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project, Trello)
  • Familiarity with development tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Docker)
