Technical Project Lead

Job Description:
- Lead technical implementation of multiple projects in Finastra Treasury space, including greenfield implementations and enhancements to existing systems.
- Configure and install Finastra Kondor suite of products, ensuring seamless integration with other systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Validate technical requirements and specifications with IT experts to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
- Participate in system implementation, integration testing, go live, and disaster recovery activities.
- Design and implement solutions that meet business needs and technical requirements.
- Communicate project status and report issues to team leaders.
- Mentor junior resources to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while delivering results.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 10 years of experience with Kondor technical configurations.
- Excellent installation and troubleshooting skills for Treasury systems like Kondor+, K+TP, Fusion Risk, etc.
- Strong knowledge of Linux, Unix, SQL, Shell scripts, and databases.
- Experience with batch processing, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms like Azure.
Desirable Skills:
- Proficiency in working with containers like Kubernetes, especially AKS.
- Experience with cloud platforms like Azure.
