Job Title: Strategic Project Coordinator

The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams in delivering high-impact projects with strong stakeholder management, reporting, and communication skills. They will be responsible for the end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to closure ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and closure of projects to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Manage and engage with stakeholders at all levels ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the project.
  • Prepare and present detailed project reports, dashboards, and status updates to senior management and clients.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with architecture standards.
  • Drive adoption of DevOps practices and continuous integration/deployment pipelines.
  • Identify project risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
  • Take initiative in identifying areas for improvement and willingly shoulder additional responsibilities as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal governance standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in project management preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
  • Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to generate clear concise and insightful reports and presentations.
  • Hands-on understanding of Java Microservices architecture and DevOps tools.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • PMP PRINCE2 or Agile certification is a plus.
