**Job Title:** Senior Officer

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill this role. The successful candidate will have a strong background in information technology, computer science, or engineering.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and validate user requirements for software enhancements.
  • Provide technical support and ensure effective handling of change requests.
  • Support data management uploads with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Collaborate with partners for incident resolution and upgrades.
  • Coordinate with functional leads to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Perform unit testing and integration testing coordination before moving changes to production environment.
  • Act as project coordinator for cross-functional initiatives.
  • Maintain compliance with regulations.
  • Prepare documentation and conduct training sessions.

**Requirements:**

  • SAP certification(s) in MM / SD / PP / QM / FICO preferred.
  • Good understanding of inter-module integration and SAP landscape.
  • Knowledge of GxP, GMP, Data Integrity, 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11 compliance requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with project coordination, testing, and documentation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities under strict timelines while ensuring quality.
