Job Title

Leading Global Architecture Firm Seeks Experienced Architect to Join Its Founding Leadership Team in India.

  • This is a unique opportunity for an accomplished architect to drive project delivery excellence, collaborating closely with global colleagues and mentoring junior architects.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the architectural lead on projects, maintaining day-to-day client project contact and ensuring delivery to global quality standards.
  • Lead the design team, client meetings, and produce detailed meeting minutes.
  • Prepare, maintain, and monitor the project design programme, communicating resource needs to account managers and associates.
  • Manage all project-related financials and resourcing data in the company's internal project management software.
  • Maintain the Project Quality Control System, monitor financial performance, and report back to account managers or responsible associates.
  • Lead the contract administration process, ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and foster empathy and effective communication within the team.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (or equivalent built environment discipline).
  • Registered Architect in India.
  • 8–12 years of architectural experience, with demonstrated project leadership across all work stages.
  • Proficiency in Revit and other design software.
  • Experience in large-scale projects across sectors such as Data Centres, Retail, Hospitality, Workplace, and Logistics.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian building codes, zoning regulations, and statutory compliance.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken English).
  • Ability to manage client relationships and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and global colleagues.
