About the Role

This senior architect position offers a unique opportunity to lead the architectural design and construction process from inception to completion. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring that every detail reflects our commitment to quality and excellence.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create detailed plans and drawings that accurately reflect the project's architectural design, taking into account engineering, mathematical, scientific, and material considerations.
  • Utilize your knowledge of engineering, mathematics, science, and materials to deliver high-quality finished products that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Conduct site evaluations to ensure quality of work and adherence to safety standards, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Oversee the entire construction process, making recommendations as necessary to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish goals, schedules, and budgets, fostering open communication and effective problem-solving.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5-6 years of experience in residential architecture, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, with the ability to leverage these tools to enhance your workflow and productivity.
  • Strong organizational, creative, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and vendors.
  • A Bachelor's degree in architecture, with a focus on residential design and construction.
  • Language proficiency in English and Kannada, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
