About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Success Lead to join our dynamic team. As a key player in driving customer satisfaction and business success, you will be responsible for managing a team of customer support agents, onboarding specialists, and customer success members.

Your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers receive a stellar experience, which includes providing product-related guidance, troubleshooting technical issues, and delivering solutions. You will also lead CS Ops and processes to identify opportunities for higher productivity or better customer experience.

To excel in this role, you must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build rapport with customers. You should also possess patience and empathy to handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of customer support agents, onboarding specialists, and customer success members
  • Provide product-related guidance and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Lead CS Ops and processes to improve productivity and customer experience
  • Collaborate with the development team to address complex customer issues
  • Identify recurring customer queries and create solutions and FAQs
