Product Management Leadership Role

We are seeking an accomplished Product Management leader to oversee the strategic direction and execution of our product roadmap. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through innovative product development, customer engagement, and market insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive product roadmaps that retain existing customers, drive renewals, and increase revenue.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and competitive insights to ideate game-changing features and address product gaps.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and engineering teams to deliver prioritized and precise product execution.
  • Effectively communicate new feature functions and product versions to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead significant positive movement in key analyst ratings through collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
3-Month Goals:
  • Identify and rank critical backlog, product, and technical debt issues in project management tools.
  • Establish Aha as the primary ideation platform and conduct face-to-face events to collect feedback on new features and designs.
  • Communicate the product roadmap to all stakeholders.
  • Ensure customer understanding of company mission and commitment to innovation and sustained investment.

Qualifications:

  • Proven background in customer experience platforms like Pega, Adobe Marketing, and Hubspot.
  • Experience working with sales and development teams is essential.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
