Job Summary
The Senior Workforce Management Analyst at ReleasePoint is responsible for overseeing productivity across the organization by analyzing and reporting employee productivity at the individual, departmental, and organizational levels. This role determines the best way to utilize employees' productivity skills using techniques and theories of workforce management. Key responsibilities include scheduling, processing time-off requests, and generating reports to show productivity and performance changes.

Essential Functions

• Execute on budget forecasts and own the development and implementation of staffing and metric models, reporting, and analysis.
• Develop policies that impact the workforce positively and work with operational staff to ensure communication of these policies and procedures are adhered to.
• Communicate with management and operations teams to ensure compliance with client and company standards.
• Develop reporting processes, dashboards, and presentations to fulfill senior leadership reporting needs.
• Help drive continuous improvement to increase productivity, accuracy, and improve case management staffing levels.
• Assist service line leaders with QC tracking and management.
• Work with VP Operations and other senior management to implement the organization's new strategic plan.
• Help teams design and craft ways for employees to learn and roll out continuous learning people need to perform effectively as organizations pivot at speed and scale.
• Communicate to stakeholders on performance and challenges, providing direction, guidelines, performance updates to hit service level goals, and making suggestions for corrections to any issues.

Requirements

A Master's or Graduate Degree in business, IT, data science, or business administration is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Tableau is also necessary. The ability to work with all levels of the organization in capturing, managing, and communicating metrics is essential. Additionally, the ability to develop creative and breakthrough solutions, well-developed analytical skills, and the ability to provide clarity to complex issues and synthesize large amounts of information are required. Self-motivation, adaptability, and the ability to inspire and motivate others are also essential. Prior experience working in an environment of frequent change is necessary. The ability to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines with flexibility in working hours is also required. Excellent written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills are necessary for this role.
