Senior Workforce Management Analyst

The Senior Workforce Management Analyst at ReleasePoint is responsible for overseeing productivity across the organization. This involves assessing, analyzing, and reporting employee productivity at individual, departmental, and organizational levels. The ideal candidate will determine the best way to utilize employee productivity skills using techniques and theories of workforce management. Key responsibilities include scheduling, processing time-off requests, and generating reports to show productivity and performance changes. This role assists with forecast and capacity planning of global teams based on service level needs. The Senior Workforce Management Analyst will help build workforce management models to match the specific needs of the project. Main responsibilities include demand capacity updates, Ad Hoc headcount calculations, and support of new launches.
Key Responsibilities
• Execute on budget forecasts and own the development and implementation of staffing and metric models, reporting, and analysis.
• Develop policies that impact workforce positively and work with operational staff to ensure communication of these policies and procedures are adhered to.
• Communicate with management and operations team to ensure compliance with client and company standards.
• Develop reporting processes, dashboards, and presentations to fulfill senior leadership reporting needs.
• Help drive continuous improvement to increase productivity, accuracy, and improve case management staffinglevels.
• Assist service line leaders with QC tracking and management.
• Work with VPOperations and other senior management to implement organization's new strategic plan.
• Help teams design and craft ways for employees to learn and to roll out the continuous learning people need to perform effectively as organizations pivot at speed and scale.
• Communicate to stakeholders on performance and challenges, i.e., providing direction, guidelines, performance update to hit service level goals and making suggestions for corrections to any issues.
• Analyze/forecast staffing plans and ensure that the delivery locations are appropriately staffed based on organization's requirement and internal capacity planning numbers.
Requirements
• Masters or Graduate Degree in business, IT, data science, or business administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Tableau.
• Ability to work with all levels of the organization in capturing, managing, and communicating metrics.
• The ability to develop creative and breakthrough solutions.
• Well-developed analytical skills and the ability to provide clarity to complex issues and synthesize large amounts of information.
• An ability to identify the root causes of issues by analyzing patterns and trends.
• Self-motivating, adaptable, and able to inspire and motivate others.
• Prior experience working in an environment of frequent change.
• Ability to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines with flexibility in working hours.
• Excellent written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
