Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement staffing and metric models to optimize workforce productivity
  • Communicate with management and operations team to ensure compliance with client and company standards
  • Develop reporting processes, dashboards, and presentations to fulfill senior leadership reporting needs
  • Assist service line leaders with QC tracking and management
  • Work with VP Operations and other senior management to implement organization's new strategic plan
Requirements:
  • Master's or Graduate's Degree in business, IT, data science, or business administration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Tableau
  • Ability to work with all levels of the organization in capturing, managing, and communicating metrics
  • Well-developed analytical skills and the ability to provide clarity to complex issues
