Compensation Specialist

As a key member of our global rewards team, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing effective compensation strategies that drive business outcomes. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring alignment with market trends, employee needs, and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive compensation plans that reward performance and support business objectives.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of market data to inform compensation decisions and ensure competitive positioning.
  • Collaborate closely with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and other stakeholders to design and deliver targeted recruitment and retention strategies.
  • Provide expert guidance on compensation-related matters, including salary reviews, role evaluations, and career architecture.
  • Partner with Global Rewards Team to drive process automation, enhance HRIS integration, and optimize system utilization.

Requirements:

  • Highly skilled in compensation and benefits administration, with a proven track record of delivering results in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficient in advanced Excel skills, HRIS integration, and reporting.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international virtual team setting.
