Global Compensation Strategist

This is a pivotal position within the organization, requiring an individual with in-depth knowledge of global compensation structures and market trends.
- Responsibilities:
- Manage global salary structures by participating in salary surveys and utilizing data to determine structure changes while ensuring internal equity.
- Conduct ongoing benchmarking and survey analysis to evaluate the competitiveness of salary ranges, incentive programs, and other compensation initiatives.
- Analyze market data and trends to set annual pay increase budgets.
- Advise and educate HR Business Partners and leaders on effective compensation program use, design, and philosophy.
- Determine the optimal approach to maximize hiring and employee retention through compensation optimization.
- Support core Total Rewards processes including performance cycles, mobility practices, evaluations, new hire offers, and reorganizations.
- Evaluate compliance with local, federal, international, and relevant regulations through audits, reports, and analysis, serving as a working contact for regulatory matters.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in HR and compensation, with at least 3 years in global compensation preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with Workday is highly desirable, as is certification in compensation and benefits (CCP or GRP).
