Main Responsibilities:">

Key responsibilities include executing on the deferred compensation strategy in line with senior executive objectives and direction. This involves engaging with senior business stakeholders to obtain feedback and make necessary adjustments to the strategy. Additionally, the candidate will lead program socialization activities, including coordination with senior business leaders.

Requirements:">

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • Experience developing and implementing deferred compensation strategies in complex global organizations.
  • Deep knowledge of public company equity compensation.
  • Exceptional client relationship, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to clearly articulate and communicate ideas and present information to senior leaders.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Proactive and ability to flex work hours to accommodate market transactions during U.S. hours.

Desirable Qualifications:">

The following qualifications are desirable:

  • Experience navigating regulatory requirements and union/works council considerations.
  • Experience working in a remote/hybrid manner in a global organization.
  • Degree or equivalent in human resources, business, or related field preferred.
