Job Title: Business Development Manager

At Algonox Technologies Pvt Ltd, we are on a mission to drive growth through new client acquisition and account penetration. As a vital part of our team, the Business Development Manager will lead business development and account management activities in the designated territory.

The role holder will have complete ownership of the end-to-end sales cycle to drive revenue growth and new client acquisitions for the organization. This includes:

  • Obsessive focus on solving problems for the customer through automation
  • Ownership of the entire sales cycle; prospecting, opportunity discovery, consulting, commercials, and managing P&L
  • Fostering relationships with C-level executives and relevant business heads of the client to ensure customer success across key touchpoints
  • Driving account penetration through customer success and organic business development
  • Ownership and delivery on assigned sales targets

Key Requirements:

  • Aspiration to drive growth for the business
  • Personal motivation to own and hustle for growth
  • Understanding of B2B and technology sales to Fortune 500 clients and large domestic MNCs across India, SE Asia, Middle East, and US
  • Comfortable in working with C-level executives within clients
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
