Job Title

We are seeking a skilled professional to assume the role of Regional Technical Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis and provide updates to stakeholders on market trends and developments.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with key builders, developers, and local government bodies to achieve repeat business and drive revenue growth.
  • Collateral Risk Management: Manage collateral risk by monitoring construction status, maintaining project databases, and identifying properties with high risks or in negative areas.
  • Technical Policy Development: Develop and implement technical policies to guide team members in their roles and responsibilities.
  • Fraud Prevention: Establish checks and processes to prevent fraud, build databases, and deduce multiple funding or excess funding on properties.
  • Project Approvals: Scrutinize project approvals for compliance on legal and technical aspects and ensure timely updates.
  • Real Estate Market Analysis: Analyze new upcoming residential projects in the zone and facilitate fast approval for advanced processing and funding.
  • Collateral Risk Assessment: Travel to various property sites and conduct property audits to assess collateral risk and manage quality real estate portfolios.
  • Market Feasibility: Monitor market feasibility of projects and periodically check property documents for bylaws violations.
  • Vendor Management: Manage vendors involved in the technical evaluation process.
  • Team Training and Evaluation: Train and evaluate team proficiency levels while maintaining TAT targets for the technical evaluation process.
  • Productivity and Cost Efficiency: Motivate and manage the team to ensure productivity and cost efficiency.
  • Legal Counterpart Collaboration: Work closely with the legal counterpart on the technical evaluation front.
  • Spot Checks and MIS: Carry out spot checks and maintain an MIS related to the technical evaluation.
  • Collections Tie-up: Help collections tie-up with brokers and negotiate rates for resale of properties surrendered, takeover through legal process, or any other property bought rented by business.
  • Feasibility Reports: Prepare feasibility reports, valuation reports, project monitoring reports, and market surveys to gather data on the real estate market.
