Strategic Alliance Director - Healthcare and Lifestyle

About the Role:

This dynamic position involves spearheading strategic alliances across healthcare, wellness, and lifestyle domains. As the Strategic Alliance Director, you will be instrumental in co-creating innovative offerings, expanding market presence, and driving business growth through high-value collaborations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a robust partnership strategy aligned with the company's growth vision.
  • Identify, pitch, and close impactful partnership deals that drive revenue growth and enhance market share.
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with corporate partners, fostering trust and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design tailored offerings for active ageing communities.
  • Negotiate and structure partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to activate and scale partnerships.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), revenue contribution, and ensure partner satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in B2B sales, strategic partnerships, or business development, preferably in the healthcare, wellness, or lifestyle sectors.
  • Proven success in building and scaling partnerships from the ground up, with a strong track record of delivering results.
  • A well-established network across healthcare, wellness, lifestyle, or senior-focused industries, with a deep understanding of the market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
  • A high ownership mindset, with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically, driving business growth and innovation.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and results-oriented approach, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes and exceeding expectations.
