Business Development Manager

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing and managing key partnerships that align with our business goals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, exceptional communication skills and a passion for driving growth through strategic alliances.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Partnership Development: Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities, develop strategies to drive revenue, market expansion and innovation.
  • Partner Engagement: Engage with potential partners, build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Partnership Operations: Liaise and coordinate with existing partners, create and share regular reports, handle leads coming from partners and record keeping.
  • Sales and Business Development: Target potential clients, create and present compelling sales pitches to drive product adoption.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track partnership performance and provide regular updates.
  • Negotiation and Influence: Attend industry events to expand our network and stay updated on market trends.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Business or related field. MBA preferred.
  • 1-4 years of experience in business development or partnership management.
  • Proven track record in developing and managing partnerships with a solid understanding of sales strategies and business development.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proactive, results-driven with a passion for strategic alliances and business growth.
