The selected candidate will implement a comprehensive Performance Management System (PMS) across the organization.
This includes strategic alignment with business goals, data-driven insights, and effective communication with senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and manage the PMS to ensure seamless implementation.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and align departmental and individual objectives.
- Develop Balanced Scorecard (BSC)-based scorecards at various levels to measure performance.
Delivering Business Outcomes
The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing BSC in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
They should possess strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and make informed decisions.
Additionally, they should be comfortable working in matrix organizations with cross-functional dependencies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent from a reputed institution.
• 8–12 years of experience in HR with a focus on Performance Management and Balanced Scorecard implementation.
• Strong understanding of BSC, PMS modules, Excel, analytics, and dashboard tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a dual-reporting structure.
