Performance Marketing Specialist

This role involves planning, launching, and scaling Google Ads campaigns for high-growth D2C brands across search, shopping, display, and YouTube platforms.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive Google Ads campaigns that drive business growth.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify audience insights, competitor analysis, and opportunities for expansion.
  • Optimize campaign performance daily by adjusting bids, budgets, creatives, and targeting parameters.
  • Monitor key performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC) and deliver actionable insights.
Requirements
  • At least one year of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
  • A solid understanding of Google Ads for direct-to-consumer brands.
  • A strong grasp of performance marketing metrics and optimization levers.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into informed decision-making.
