About the Job

As a Paid Advertising Specialist, you will contribute to impactful campaigns that enhance digital visibility for healthcare providers. You will work on comprehensive ad campaigns, including text and video ads, and collaborate on the design and content of landing pages.

You will be responsible for structuring campaigns focusing on ad groups and keyword strategies, setting up, monitoring, and continuously optimizing campaigns using detailed performance analysis.

You will also create and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics.

You will oversee and run paid campaigns focusing on lead generation, traffic increase, and direct messaging, utilizing advanced audience targeting and segmentation to maximize campaign results.

You will develop creative assets in coordination with the design team to optimize campaign performance and manage the setup and ongoing adjustments of campaigns to boost effectiveness.

You will research and implement industry best practices to stay ahead of trends.

  • Maintain regular communication with clients to manage and align on project expectations.
  • Manage client onboarding and monthly updates, ensuring a smooth and consistent service delivery.
  • Address and resolve any client escalations promptly and effectively.
Requirements:

Proven experience (min 1.5 years) managing PPC, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram paid ad campaigns.

Demonstrable ability to continuously learn and adapt to new digital marketing trends.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
