Job Overview

We are seeking a Results-Driven Digital Marketing Strategist to develop and execute paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage high-performing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize for clicks, conversions, and ROI.
  • Develop, test, and refine ad creatives, copies, and formats to improve performance.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure ads align with brand guidelines.
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance with actionable insights.
  • Manage budgets effectively and ensure campaigns stay within allocated spends.
  • Stay up-to-date with platform changes, new ad features, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in paid media/digital advertising.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other ad platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing funnels and performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
  • Ability to work on multiple campaigns and deliver within deadlines.
  • Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint certifications (preferred).
