Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Support: Provide effective technical support to clients via telephone, email, or other communication channels.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve client issues directly or through timely escalation to meet process SLAs.
  • Document Management: Document all pertinent end-user identification information and update own availability in the RAVE system.
  • Knowledge Base Maintenance: Maintain internal knowledge bases, resources, and frequently asked questions to aid in problem resolution.
  • Product Training: Undertake product trainings to stay current with product features, changes, and updates.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in technical support or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong technical skills, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
