Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary with a base component and a commission structure that will be discussed during the interview process. The estimated annual salary for this role is around $30,000-$50,000 depending on experience and performance.

About the Role

As a Sales Associate at StyleAura, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and building customer relationships. You will work from our store located in Whitefield, Bangalore, and occasionally participate in exhibitions around Bangalore city.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide excellent customer service to all visitors, ensuring their needs and preferences are understood and met.
  2. Engage with customers to understand their preferences, budget, and occasions to recommend suitable jewellery pieces from our collection.
  3. Assist customers in trying on jewellery items, providing guidance on fit, style, and maintenance.
  4. Utilize effective sales techniques to upsell and cross-sell complementary products to maximize sales opportunities.
  5. Maintain a deep understanding of the StyleAura brand story, product range, and current promotions.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands.
  7. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
  8. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, including displays and inventory.
  9. Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store and exhibition events.
  10. Continuously build and nurture customer relationships through personalized follow-up and excellent after-sales service.
RequirementsKey Skills and Qualifications
  1. 0-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the retail or luxury goods industry.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  3. Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and build strong customer relationships.
  4. Sales-driven mindset with a passion for achieving targets and driving revenue.
  5. Strong product knowledge and ability to educate customers on the features and benefits of various jewellery pieces.
  6. Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and point-of-sale systems.
  7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  8. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
