About the RoleAs a Sales Associate at StyleAura, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and building customer relationships. You will work from our store located in Whitefield, Bangalore, and occasionally participate in exhibitions around Bangalore city.
Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service to all visitors, ensuring their needs and preferences are understood and met.
- Engage with customers to understand their preferences, budget, and occasions to recommend suitable jewellery pieces from our collection.
- Assist customers in trying on jewellery items, providing guidance on fit, style, and maintenance.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to upsell and cross-sell complementary products to maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the StyleAura brand story, product range, and current promotions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, including displays and inventory.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store and exhibition events.
- Continuously build and nurture customer relationships through personalized follow-up and excellent after-sales service.
- 0-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the retail or luxury goods industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and build strong customer relationships.
- Sales-driven mindset with a passion for achieving targets and driving revenue.
- Strong product knowledge and ability to educate customers on the features and benefits of various jewellery pieces.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and point-of-sale systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
