Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Associate to join our team at StyleAura, a prestigious jewellery brand based in Whitefield, Bangalore. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and building customer relationships.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Provide exceptional customer service to all visitors, ensuring their needs and preferences are understood and met.
• Engage with customers to understand their preferences, budget, and occasions to recommend suitable jewellery pieces from our collection.
• Assist customers in trying on jewellery items, providing guidance on fit, style, and maintenance.
• Utilize effective sales techniques to upsell and cross-sell complementary products to maximize sales opportunities.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the StyleAura brand story, product range, and current promotions.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, including displays and inventory.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store and exhibition events.
• Continuously build and nurture customer relationships through personalized follow-up and excellent after-sales service.

 • Demonstrate a strong commitment to achieving individual and team sales goals.

The ideal candidate will have 0-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the retail or luxury goods industry. Freshers are also encouraged to apply. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Additionally, you will be sales-driven with a passion for achieving targets and driving revenue. Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and point-of-sale systems, are essential.

**Compensation Package:** We offer a competitive compensation package, which includes a base salary component and a commission structure. The estimated annual salary is approximately **₹2,400,000**, depending on performance and location.
