Job Overview:
As a Sales Associate at StyleAura, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and building customer relationships. This is a commission-based role with a base salary component.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service to all visitors, ensuring their needs and preferences are understood and met.
  • Engage with customers to understand their preferences, budget, and occasions to recommend suitable jewellery pieces from our collection.
  • Assist customers in trying on jewellery items, providing guidance on fit, style, and maintenance.
  • Utilize effective sales techniques to upsell and cross-sell complementary products to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the StyleAura brand story, product range, and current promotions.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, including displays and inventory.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store and exhibition events.
  • Continuously build and nurture customer relationships through personalized follow-up and excellent after-sales service.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to achieving individual and team sales goals.

Requirements:
  • 0-3 years of experience in sales (candidates with higher experience are welcome to apply), preferably in the retail or luxury goods industry. Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and build strong customer relationships.
  • Sales-driven mindset with a passion for achieving targets and driving revenue.
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to educate customers on the features and benefits of various jewellery pieces.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and point-of-sale systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
  • Optional: Basic photography and videography skills for product documentation and social media posting.

Salary: ₹250000 - ₹400000 per annum, plus a commission structure based on sales performance.
