Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- **Customer Support**:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests related to our home health care services.
- Provide information about our services, pricing, and insurance coverage to potential clients.
- Assist clients in scheduling appointments, coordinating care plans, and addressing any service-related issues.
- **Inside Sales**:
- Proactively reach out to potential clients to discuss our home health care services and assess their needs.
- Effectively communicate the value of Lifetime Health's services, addressing any concerns or questions potential clients may have.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
- **Relationship Building**:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as scheduling and billing, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- **Documentation**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Prepare reports on customer feedback, sales activities, and other relevant metrics.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer support and/or inside sales, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Empathy and a genuine interest in helping individuals receive the best possible care.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
**Salary**: ₹20,691.52 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Supplemental pay types:
