As a Tele Sales Representative at Lifetime Health, you will be responsible for driving sales and promoting our range of home healthcare services through telecommunication channels. Your role will involve engaging with potential clients, understanding their healthcare needs, and effectively communicating the value proposition of our digital platform. Through persuasive selling techniques and exceptional customer service, you will play a crucial role in converting leads into satisfied customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Initiate outbound calls to prospects to introduce Lifetime Health's digital home healthcare services.
- Assess client needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Educate customers on the features, benefits, and usability of our digital platform for home healthcare.
- Overcome objections and close sales through effective negotiation and relationship-building.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize strategies and achieve sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for clients.
- Follow up with customers to address inquiries, provide support, and facilitate upselling opportunities.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and performance metrics.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in tele sales, preferably in the healthcare or related industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering outstanding customer service.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and persuasive manner.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
