- Negotiate pricing and close sales with customers
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and feedback
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve company sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented with the ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
- Previous sales or customer service experience in sales (Mandatory)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- BASIC computer skills for CRM software and data entry
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Any Graduate
- Minimum 1 year to 2 years experience in Real Estate sales
- Leadership or team management experience
