Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Previous sales or customer service experience in sales (Mandatory)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • BASIC computer skills for CRM software and data entry
  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Minimum 1 year to 2 years experience in Real Estate sales
  • Leadership or team management experience
