
Sales and Marketing Director

Seeking a Strategic Sales and Marketing Leader to drive overall sales and marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with company objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in building high-performance teams and exceptional commercial acumen.
The role encompasses strategic leadership, comprehensive sales and marketing oversight, best practices and go-to-market strategies, market analysis and positioning, incentive program development, relationship management, operational and manpower planning, and team leadership and target achievement.
- Formulate and drive the overall sales and marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Take full responsibility for Sales, Marketing communications (including advertising and promotions), pricing strategies, market research initiatives, customer retention & support programs, and the successful launch of new project developments.
- Introduce and implement industry best practices and innovative go-to-market strategies to enhance market penetration and competitive advantage.
- Lead efforts in market segmentation, project positioning, and targeted marketing to maximize reach and impact.
- Conceptualize, implement, and monitor effective schemes to incentivize Channel Partners & Sales Personnel, driving performance and loyalty.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with customers and investors, and skillfully manage a large network of brokers to expand market reach.
- Define comprehensive plans, policies, and strategies for greater operational effectiveness and optimal manpower deployment within the sales and marketing functions.
- Lead sales, marketing, and CRM teams towards the successful achievement of ambitious sales and collection targets.
- Proven track record in building high-performance sales and marketing teams.
- Highly motivated individual with the ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
- Strong commercial acumen, demonstrating shrewdness and effectiveness in business dealings.
- Deft in handling various stakeholders, including clients, investors, brokers, and internal teams.
