As a key member of our team, you will support the expansion of our luxury villa portfolio by identifying and onboarding high-quality properties that meet our brand standards. This involves driving supply growth in designated regions, conducting market research, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth integration process.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential properties that align with our quality and operational standards.

• Conduct market research to analyse acquisition opportunities and identify emerging trends.

• Build and maintain relationships with property owners and other stakeholders to secure new properties.

• Assist in negotiating terms and agreements with property owners.

• Coordinate with internal teams, including operations, legal, and marketing, to facilitate property onboarding.

• Support the monitoring of newly acquired properties to ensure they meet our operational benchmarks.

• Provide regular updates on acquisition activities and assist in preparing reports for management.
