Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Procurement and Supply Chain Specialist to join our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for managing procurement processes, developing strategic relationships with suppliers, and ensuring the efficient flow of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Related Field: We require a strong educational foundation in a relevant field to ensure our Procurement and Supply Chain Specialist has a solid understanding of business principles, supply chain management, and engineering concepts.
  • 4+ Years of Experience in Procurement & Supply Chain Roles: Our ideal candidate will have extensive experience in procurement and supply chain roles, preferably within solution integration or a technology-driven business, allowing them to effectively navigate complex supply chains and negotiate with suppliers.
  • Strong Proficiency in SAP for Procurement and Order Management Tasks: Proficiency in SAP is essential for our Procurement and Supply Chain Specialist to efficiently manage procurement processes, track orders, and analyze data to inform business decisions.
  • Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills: The ability to communicate effectively and negotiate with suppliers is crucial for building strong relationships and securing favorable contracts.
  • Ability to Handle Multiple Priorities and Work Effectively in a Fast-Paced Environment: Our Procurement and Supply Chain Specialist must be able to handle multiple priorities, manage competing deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment to meet the demands of the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in procurement & supply chain roles, preferably within solution integration or a technology-driven business.
- Strong proficiency in SAP for procurement and order management tasks.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
