Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and professional Front Office Executive to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for delivering world-class service to our guests, handling all aspects of the front office operations, including guest check-in/check-out, reservations, and payments.
Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Develop a warm and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring that every guest feels valued and cared for throughout their stay.
- Reservation Management: Process guest inquiries and reservations efficiently, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, responding promptly to phone calls, emails, and guest requests.
- Payment Processing: Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
- Room Allocation: Coordinate room assignments based on guest preferences and availability.
- Information Dissemination: Provide guests with information about hotel facilities and services.
- Problem Resolution: Address guest concerns and complaints promptly, seeking solutions to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Administrative Duties: Perform general administrative tasks, including filing and data entry.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with a Diploma or Graduation in Hotel Management and 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, and a dynamic work environment that promotes diversity and inclusion.
