About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team as an Order Management Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless order processing from contract management to delivery at the customer site.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Processing orders efficiently and accurately, including contract management and order confirmation;
  • Handling ad-hoc invoicing and communicating with customers proactively about order status;
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for customers regarding products, services, and supply chain inquiries;
  • Analyzing data from SAP reports to identify open issues and taking corrective action;
  • Serving as an interface between sales, demand planners, logistics services, and other support departments;
  • Managing customer non-conformance claims and ensuring proper feedback is provided.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5-10 years of customer service experience or similar positions;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop strong business relationships;
  • Proficiency in SAP (SD module) and Microsoft Office, including Excel;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple requests and demands on time;
  • A keen sense of customer relations, with effective verbal and written communication skills.
