About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Zendesk Administrator to join our team in the US. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring, managing, and optimizing Zendesk settings, triggers, and automations to enhance customer service efficiency and effectiveness.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement Zendesk solutions that boost productivity and customer satisfaction. Your expertise in Zendesk's capabilities and best practices will be invaluable in designing and implementing dashboards and reporting tools to track key performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure, manage, and optimize Zendesk settings, triggers, and automations
  • Develop and maintain deep understanding of Opendoor's business processes related to customer interactions and renovation operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement Zendesk solutions
  • Design and implement Zendesk dashboards and reporting tools
  • Provide ongoing training and support to Zendesk users
  • Stay up-to-date with Zendesk features and updates
  • Manage Zendesk integrations with other business tools and systems
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Zendesk Administrator or similar role (2+ years)
  • Experience in the real estate industry or fast-paced, technology-driven environment preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and commitment to continuous improvement
Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per yearBenefits
