Job Role

The Operations function plays a crucial part in driving planning and day-to-day management of the business, aligning with strategic goals. The team sets direction and manages performance to achieve bank objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and prioritize product and service improvement opportunities.
  • Utilize comprehensive knowledge of internal operations to develop forward-looking focus for the business.
  • Support strategic objectives, proactively identifying and managing areas of risk.
  • Maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders, including regulators, market vendors, and internal divisions.
  • Communicate changes to operational requirements and their impact on processes and controls.
