Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Business Operations Manager to join our team.

About the Role:

  • This role is responsible for driving operational efficiency, governance, and data-driven decision-making across the revenue function.
  • You will coordinate between Sales, Customer Success, Operations, Finance, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment on revenue strategies, client success initiatives, and business growth opportunities.
  • Key responsibilities include developing executive and board-level presentations, revenue performance dashboards, and strategic updates.
  • You will own all revenue-related reporting, leveraging Excel and BI tools to provide actionable insights.
  • Additional responsibilities include analyzing market trends, competitive landscape, and industry shifts to inform revenue strategies and ensure a strong right-to-win positioning in key markets.

Requirements:

  • Developed skills in data analysis, reporting, and presentation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets and create actionable recommendations.
  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience required.
