Job Title: Global Operations Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Operations Leader to join our organization. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of our global operations strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and excellence
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business opportunities
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Skills:
  • Strong project management skills with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to think critically and creatively
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite with strong Excel skills
  • Familiarity with IT service management frameworks such as ITIL
Behavioral Skills:
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Collaborative mindset with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Results-driven with ability to deliver high-quality results under pressure
  • Adaptable and flexible with ability to navigate ambiguity and change
Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field

At least 10 years of experience in operations management with proven track record of delivering results

Experience in leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders

Prior experience in managing budgets and resources

Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in operations management

Additional qualifications include:

  • Project management certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2
  • ITIL certifications
  • Cloud computing certifications
