Strategic Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Operations Manager to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency across multiple regions. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • SUPPORT ANNUAL STRATEGIC PLANNING PROCESS: Collaborate with regional and global leaders to develop and implement strategic plans that align with our business objectives.
  • CONDUCT COUNTRY, INDUSTRY, AND COMPETITOR ANALYSIS: Gather and analyze data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • DRIVE EXECUTION PROCESSES: Lead cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives and ensure successful execution.
  • DEEP-DIVE MARKET ASSESSMENTS: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • BUILD KEY MARKET INDICATORS: Develop and maintain a database of key market indicators to inform strategic decision-making.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: In strategy consulting and operational roles, preferably with top-tier consulting firms and industry giants in Energy/Industrial sectors.
  • LEADERSHIP PRESENCE: Ability to work effectively with C-level executives and lead complex initiatives.
  • COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • DATA-DRIVEN DECISION MAKING: Ability to analyze complex data to inform strategic decision-making.
