Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Vendor Operations Manager to lead our global vendor operations strategy.

This role will oversee the end-to-end management of vendors, ensuring seamless operations and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Vendor Performance Management: Manage vendor performance, ensuring flawless operations across workflows and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Regional Workflow Strategies: Develop and maintain regional workflow strategies, mitigating delivery risks and driving business improvements.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, managing risks and maintaining a high level of quality control.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams locally and globally to drive improvements and lead regular business reviews.
  • Strategic Initiatives: Execute operational and strategic initiatives related to YouTube Trust & Safety Vendor Operations, developing plans, conducting analyses, and making data-driven recommendations.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 7 years of experience in operations or business management, and vendor management.
  • Skills and Qualifications: 7 years of experience using analytics or project management tools (e.g., Data Analytics, GoogleSQL, Scripts/Workflows, Data Modeling). Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience in consulting or developing and communicating strategy at the executive level using a fact/data-based approach. Preferred: Experience in program management on cross-functional projects and working in fast-paced environments.
