We are a startup building an AI-native Marketing, Support & Sales suite for e-commerce brands.
We work with 3000+ e-commerce brands globally across 50+ countries and have raised funds with marquee investors backing us.
Our goal is to help e-commerce businesses succeed through innovative solutions and exceptional support.
This role involves working closely with our CEO on cross-functional initiatives, managing key partnerships, supporting HR and org level initiatives, and perfect for someone who thrives in ambiguity, likes solving unstructured problems, and enjoys collaborating across functions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for solving high-impact, cross-functional problems that don't have clear owners, collaborating with Sales on initiatives to maximise revenue, working closely with Customer Success to drive outcomes on critical KPIs, owning and driving key partnerships, leading company-wide initiatives, supporting strategic hiring efforts, and driving revenue and capacity planning.
- Solve high-impact, cross-functional problems that don't have clear owners — bring clarity, drive execution, and deliver outcomes.
- Collaborate with Sales on initiatives to maximise revenue — from identifying and fixing funnel leakages to shaping pricing/packaging strategies and enabling the team with better processes and tools.
- Work closely with Customer Success to drive outcomes on critical KPIs like trial conversions, onboarding health, retention, and churn — through both strategic inputs and process design.
- Own and drive key partnerships (e.g. payment providers, enablement tools), ensuring seamless coordination across teams and timely execution.
- Lead company-wide initiatives in collaboration with HR — from improving onboarding processes to driving org health projects.
- Support strategic hiring efforts — from workforce planning to closing key roles, especially in Sales, CS, and Ops.
- Drive revenue and capacity planning, working with the CEO and team leads to ensure resources and targets are aligned.
- Design and maintain key business metrics and dashboards, ensuring accurate, actionable data is available for decision-making.
This role requires 2+ years of early stage startup experience on the business side, a love for all things business and sales, and the ability to context-switch between domains without losing depth.
