Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Deal Lead to spearhead our Mergers and Acquisitions efforts.

The successful candidate will source, acquire, and integrate D2C and consumer brands in India, driving business growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and evaluating potential acquisition targets
  • Conducting due diligence and advisory services
  • Developing and executing strategic plans for brand integration
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results

Requirements:

  • 4-8 years of experience in consulting firms, with a focus on due diligence and advisory services
  • CA or CA+MBA Finance credentials
  • M&A exposure in investment banking or corporate development
  • D2C/Retail/E-commerce experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Excellent analytical reasoning and critical thinking
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other basic software
