Job Opportunity:

The Business Development Manager position is open for a strategic leader who can drive sales and build strong relationships with military stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business growth strategy for the CSD channel
  • Manage key partnerships with CSD Headquarters, Depots, and Defence personnel to enhance business outcomes
  • Coordinate registrations, listings, and product approvals with relevant authorities
  • Ensure smooth supply chain operations, pricing approvals, and product availability at depots
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, logistics, operations) to ensure seamless compliance with CSD requirements
  • Track sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
  • Identify new opportunities to increase market share within the CSD channel through proactive initiatives

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development / Sales with a proven track record in Defence / CSD / Government Institutions
  • Strong network and understanding of CSD processes, policies, and operations
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results
  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Prior Defence background will be an added advantage
